You grabbed me and kissed me all over
That was just the start
Pulled me in closer
Heart touching heart
Our noses bumped together
(You ripped off my sweater)
And our lips knew nothing of the world
But each other’s
For a good ten minutes
(A great ten minutes)
Then without warning
You threw your arms into the air
And with a smile declared:
THIS!
This is how Eskimos kiss
After global warming
This is beautiful and what a surprise ending. I love it!

Thank you so much 🙂 This was one of those poems that just came to me around 3am!

I also have that happen. Sometimes the word just seem to flow and then there are times they don’t. 🙂
